WriteLol - write file with lower limits

WriteLol fileName

Write a file with lower distance limits. The format is the same that DIANA/DYANA uses. All selected lower distance limits are written. When a constraint between two atoms appears in more than one molecule, the largest constraint value is written.

This command supports groups.
