FigCircles - show angle distribution circles

FigCircles expr expr

Create a figure showing the angle distributions as polylines inside circles. The first argument gives the number of rows over which the circles are distributed, the second argument is the font size relative to the radius of the circles.

The same number of angles has to be selected in all selected molecules, the corresponding angles from all molecules will be drawn in one circle, from the inside to the outside. 0 is at the top, 90 degrees at the right side of the circle.

This kind of figure is mainly used for analyzing results of MD runs.

This command supports groups.
