WriteSeq - write sequence

SYNOPSIS

WriteSeq fileName

DESCRIPTION

Write the sequence of the selected molecule to a file, the name of each residue on a line. Exactly one molecule must be selected.

EXAMPLE

WriteSeq /home/joe/struct/my_prot.seq
