ColorAtom - set color of atoms

ColorAtom expr expr expr

Set the color of all selected atoms. The color is given by its Red, Green and Blue component, all in the range between 0.0 and 1.0. By using expressions, it is possible to give each atom a different color, depending e. g. on the B factor.

EXAMPLES

ColorAtom 1.0 0.0 0.0
ColorAtom 0.5*bfactor 1.0-0.5*bfactor 0.0
