AddRes - add residue to molecule

AddRes ( first | last ) name

Add a residue as first or last residue of all selected molecules.

The new residue can only be docked properly if the coordinates of the 3 atoms that overlap for subsequent residues are known for the last residue. If this is not the case, which happens frequently if a coordinate file was read, the missing atom coordinates (mostly the 'N' for proteints) should be calculated with the CalcAtom command first.
